Dear Amber Leitz,
I have watched your youtube videos with pleasure and I want to thank you for the information you spread and thereby help women such as myself.
I want to try using a yade egg and am in the process of purchasing one but I am confused by the sizes and weight of them. Do you have any recommendations for the size of an egg for a beginner? I was thinking about purchasing a medium ( 26×40 mm).

Hi Adri,
Thanks for reaching out! I recommend purchasing a medium drilled jade egg since it can be used whether you’re a beginner or an advanced user eventually. The smaller sizes are for advanced users because your muscles need to work harder to locate and move the egg and sometimes the larger jade egg is too dense (jade is very dense as it is) for some women. I’ve been using a medium ever since I began and it’s been the only egg I’ve personally needed. I hope that helps!
